pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the applicable data protection provisions Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 bearing the “General Data Protection Regulation” (“GDPR”), of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree No. 101/2018 (“Italian Data Protection Code”) and to any other national and/or community provisions and/or legislation, applicable in point of personal data protection, the company Cart-One s.r.l., with registered office in via del Lavoro, No. 2, Torrile, Parma (“Company”), in its quality as data controller (“Data Controller”), informs you that the personal data you have provided when completing the above form (“Data”) will be processed in compliance with the following.
The Data Controller collects and processes the Data (e.g., name, surname, contact details) related to you in the context of your spontaneous sending of the message included in the above form, for the sole purpose of receiving your message / request. In particular, in the event that you provide Data relating to your telephone number (home or mobile) and your e-mail address, the Company informs you that the aforementioned contacts will only be processed in order to reply to your message or, more generally, to be able to contact you in case of need.
The legal basis for processing your Data is therefore represented by the execution of your request.
The disclosure of your Data in relation to the above outlined purposes is necessary for the execution of the service requested. Therefore, failure to provide your personal Data will make it impossible for the Data Controller to take charge of your message / request.
Your Data will not be disseminated and may be disclosed, for the aforementioned purposes, to the following categories of subjects: (i) natural persons, corporations, associations or professional firms that provide services or assistance and advice or provide services to the Company, with particular but not exclusive reference to administrative, accounting, legal, tax and financial matters; (ii) subjects to whom the right to access the Data is granted by law provisions and secondary legislation or by provisions issued by authorities legitimated by the law.
The subjects belonging to the above categories will use the Data as independent data controllers or as data processors.
Your data will not be transferred to a third country (not belonging to the European Union) or an international organization that has not guaranteed a high level of personal data protection similar to that guaranteed in the European Union.
The Data may also be brought to the attention of our staff who will process them as persons in charge of the processing pursuant to Articles 4, No. 10), 29 and 32(4) of the GDPR and of Article 2-quaterdecies of the Italian Data Protection Code.
The requests to exercise the rights under Article 15 ff of the GDPR (for example, access, cancellation, updating, amendment, integration, etc.) may be addressed to the Data Controller, who can be contacted at the telephone number 0521.317011, fax number 0521.317003, as well as at the e- mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, PEC email@example.com.
Finally, the Data Controller reminds you that you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the Italian Supervisory Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it), as provided by Article 77 of the GDPR, or to refer to the relevant courts (Article 79 of the GDPR).
